Bubble Chart

A bubble, or scatter, chart on a two-axis grid. Each point is a labeled circle positioned by its x and y values and sized by a third value to encode magnitude, and every bubble scales in from zero with an overshoot spring so it settles into place, using a translucent fill with a solid core and a label that fades in above it.

Each point is an entry in the BUBBLES array holding a label, an x and y on a 0 to 100 plane, a size that sets the radius, and a color. The X_AXIS and Y_AXIS captions label the axes, STAGGER sets how quickly bubbles appear, and the PLOT rectangle sets the plot position and size. The settle uses Remotion spring() per bubble, so the scene is deterministic and comes to rest cleanly. Use it for market positioning, portfolio maps, and effort versus impact quadrants.
