Remotion Templates MCP Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms apply when you use the public React Video Editor Remotion Templates MCP service. Elliott Labs Ltd, trading as React Video Editor, operates the service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

What the service does

The service lets an MCP client search the public Remotion template catalog, list categories, and get public template source code. It does not render videos, manage accounts, take payments, or make purchases.

Use of templates

A template result can include source code and a link to its public page. The license shown on the React Video Editor website applies to your use of that source code. You are responsible for all third-party software and license requirements, including applicable Remotion requirements.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Disrupt, overload, probe, or attack the service.
• Bypass access limits or security controls.
• Use the service for an unlawful purpose.
• Misrepresent the source or ownership of returned content.

Availability and changes

We can change, limit, suspend, or stop the service. We do not promise that the service will always be available or free from errors. We can change the catalog and tool behavior when necessary.

Third-party services

ChatGPT and other MCP clients are separate services. Their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for a third-party client or for changes that it makes to your project.

No warranty

The service and template results are provided as available. To the extent that the law permits, we give no warranty that a template is suitable for a specific project. You must review and test source code before you use it.

Liability

To the extent that the law permits, Elliott Labs Ltd is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss caused by a third-party MCP client. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not permit us to exclude.
