Applies a rhythmic zoom-in/zoom-out pulse to content using a sine wave on scale driven by useCurrentFrame(), creating a breathing zoom that adds visual rhythm to static content. Use for hero images, product shots, or ambient background motion.
Pulse speed, intensity, and target content are configurable. The looping animation creates seamless visual motion without requiring camera movement or complex keyframing.
