Eight horizontal strips (blinds) rotate open on the X-axis from 0 to 90 degrees with staggered timing — the top blind opens first, the bottom last — revealing new content underneath. Uses interpolate() with per-blind delay offsets.
Blind count, stagger delay, and rotation speed are configurable. The venetian-blind effect is a classic broadcast transition that adds mechanical, structured movement between scenes.
